Bagged ice cubes found in supermarkets are made using commercial quality ice makers which produce dense ice - this Chrome Ice Crusher is not designed to crush this dense ice which can cause operation issues.

Please use home made ice cubes from an ice cube tray in a freezer when using the Chrome Ice Crusher. Failure to do this will result in voiding the warranty of your ice crusher.
